CellEx Consulting Group, Inc.
A national transportation safety and compliance firm serving Owner-Operators, Small and Mid-Size Carriers, Fleet Entrepreneurs, and Safety Managers across the United States.
CellEx Consulting Group, Inc. is a national transportation safety and compliance consulting firm headquartered in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. We specialize in comprehensive FMCSA and DOT regulatory support — helping carriers of every size get compliant, stay compliant, and operate with confidence.
We work with Owner-Operators running a single truck, growing fleets building their foundation, established carriers preparing for FMCSA audits, and fleet managers who need a knowledgeable partner in their corner every day. No matter where you are in your journey, CellEx brings structure, strategy, and real-world expertise to your operation.
At CellEx, compliance is not reactive — it is strategic, structured, and built for long-term success. We don't just put out fires. We help you build systems that prevent them.
CellEx is the parent organization of a family of companies covering drug & alcohol testing, driver training, roadside assistance, licensing, media, and legal support — all under one roof, all working toward the same goal.
"We provide compliance advisory and consulting services exclusively upon your authorization and instruction. You stay in charge. We keep you informed, prepared, and protected."
From the moment you apply for your DOT number to the day you prepare for an FMCSA audit, CellEx is with you at every step. Here is what we provide:
